The complete responsibility of running the laboratory rests with the top management who is supported by the CEO,  Administration and staff. The overall technical functioning, including the quality system of the laboratory, is monitored by Technical Manager with the assistance of the Quality Manager.

The vision of the company is represented by its management. The laboratory is managed by highly qualified professionals, engineers, scientists and experts in their fields, governed by dedicated modern techniques of management.

The functioning of the biological and chemical laboratories is supervised by the Quality Manager, who is assisted by other staff as per the organization chart. The performance of the employees is monitored by the Quality Manager and  Technical Manager.
